Random thoughts...

Over the past little bit life has been starting to fall into place.

Finally.

I truly am grateful for the hardships that I have gone through.

I truly believe that going through trials are what make us stronger

and bring us closer to Christ and our Heavenly Father.

I nanny for 2 boys who have already at their share of trials,

but they have the strongest spirits.

I think that I have learned more from them then they have or will ever learn from me.

A couple of weeks ago I was upstairs with the younger one.

He was having a hard day.

We started talking about life, and how sometimes he feels alone.

It broke my heart.

But without skipping a beat he took it back

and looked at the picture of Christ that was in his room.

He immediately told me that he knows he can always

look to Him for help and comfort.

This little boy told me something that I needed to hear.

Dieter F. Uchtdorf also mentions this...

“Though you may feel that no one can understand the depth of your despair,

our Savior, Jesus Christ, understands. He suffered more

than we can possibly imagine, and He did it for us; He did it for you. You are not alone.”

I am so grateful for the gospel in my life!

I LOVE it!

I love the happiness that it can bring me.

I love the strength it gives me.

I love the guidance it gives me in my day to day life.

I love how I'm never alone.

I love how Christ knows exactly what I am going through.

Basically I don't know where I would be without it.
